Personal identity / Brand book

Koussay

Brand Designer & Creative Developer

Editorial AtelierDubai, UAE2026

01 / The idea

A personal identity built around clarity becoming visible.

The system turns Koussay’s working style into a visual language: focused strategy, editorial restraint, digital precision, and a warmth that makes premium work feel human.

02 / The signature

The Aperture

Primary mark / light grounds

Reverse mark / dark grounds

The Aperture is not an initial. Its open, offset form signals perspective, the frame of a story, and the moment a brand comes into focus. The honey cut is the point of distinction.

03 / Color

Warm authority.
Not cold luxury.

04 / Typography

Display / Bodoni Moda

The detail carries the idea.

High-contrast, editorial, deliberate. Use for names, major headlines, and moments of emphasis.
Utility / Geist

Structured / precise / current

Clear and quietly modern. Use for navigation, systems, captions, and practical information.

05 / Character

01

Direct

Clear decisions, clear words, no ornamental complexity.

02

Perceptive

See the business underneath the brief before styling the surface.

03

Disciplined

Every detail earns its place, from the first mark to the live build.

04

Warm

Premium should feel human, welcoming, and quietly confident.

06 / Applications

Designed to hold its own on a proposal, an avatar, or a screen.

The identity keeps one visual voice across the work that matters: client-facing documents, social surfaces, project watermarks, and the portfolio itself.

07 / Guardrails

Use the mark with room to breathe.

Keep clear space equal to at least one quarter of the symbol’s height on all sides. Use the primary version on light and photographic surfaces; use the reverse mark on dark fields.

  • Never stretch, rotate, outline, or add effects.
  • Keep the honey cut intact; do not recolor it.
  • Let the full-name wordmark lead on formal materials.
  • Use the symbol alone for favicons, avatars, and subtle watermarks.
